The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of Meshing Reality Corporation, Free Rein, and ourfreerein.com, and affiliates or any other entity or person(s) associated with the administration of this community.

      Although Meshing Reality Corporation, Free Rein, and ourfreerein.com, and affiliates are not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we reserve the right to delete or edit any message for any reason whatsoever.       You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use our communities to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, violates any internationally recognized law or otherwise violates Ourfreerein.com’s Community Standards. Meshing Reality Corporation, Free Rein, and ourfreerein.com, retains the rights to exclusively determine what violates any of the standards or conditions and may make changes to them at its discretion without notice.

      Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to immediately contact the Ourfreerein.com Complaint Department by e-mail, at complaint@ourfreerein.com. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.

      You agree not to post any copyrighted material. Anything you post to Meshing Reality Corporation, Free Rein, and ourfreerein.com communities is treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and you waive any claims with respect to your submission. These submissions may be used Meshing Reality Corporation, Free Rein, and ourfreerein.com for any purpose. Furthermore you automatically grant Meshing Reality Corporation, Free Rein, and ourfreerein.com, the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sub licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.       We actively track and record your IP address when you browse the community. This information is recorded through the web server's logging facilities, and through the UBB.classic's user tracking feature ("Recent Visitors"). While you may choose to be invisible on the list of currently browsing users, your IP and actions are still recorded and are viewable only by the community administrators. In the event that a member should violate our Community Standards, we reserve the right to use your IP address to determine your ISP and inform them of your actions, prevent your reading or posting to our community, prevent your access to our chat, and/or prevent anyone from your ISP from viewing or posting to the community or joining the chat.

     You must permit our Community Administrators to contact you via e-mail and/or private message so we may advise you of important information about the community (such as, but not limited to, changes to the Community Standards or Privacy Policy), advise you of changes to your membership, and/or advise you of Community Standard violations.

Also, by agreeing to our Member Agreement, you agree with and have read the Community Guidelines, Feature Restrictions, Privacy Policy, and Conditions of Use.     It's important that you periodically check these documents for updates and new information as they may be amended from time to time, and by your agreeing to the Member Agreement you accept that Meshing Reality Corporation, Free Rein, and ourfreeein.com can change, update, and amend this agreement at any time.

POSTINGS OR DISCUSSIONS THAT VIOLATE Ourfreerein.com’s COMMUNITY GUIDELINES, FEATURE RESTRICTIONS, CONDITIONS OF USE MAY LEAD TO THE DELETION, WITHOUT NOTICE, OF YOUR POST(S) AND/OR MEMBERSHIP AND EVERYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH IT. FURTHERMORE, AT OUR DISCRETION, WE MAY ALSO CONTACT YOUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER(S) TO REPORT YOUR ACTIONS, WHICH MIGHT HAVE BEEN, A VIOLATION OF YOUR ISP'S TERMS OF SERVICE -- VIOLATING YOUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS' TERMS OF SERVICE CAN RESULT IN THE LOSS OF YOUR INTERNET SERVICE.
