Executive Director: (Peter Ashbaugh)
The accountabilities of the Executive Director include assuming liability and responsibility of the board, the website, interactions between directors and members, complaints, financial issues, and overall management decisions.
Program Director: ()
The accountability of Program Director is to attend and manage gatherings, create new content and activities, establish a rapport with the members, and utilize personal experiences for constructive means. Program Directors seek their personal support outside of the Free Rein Community.
Administrator: (Allusivekudos)
The accountability of Administrator is to be regularly participating in the online community, to create new content and online conversations, establish a rapport with the online members, and utilize personal experiences for constructive means. Administrators are engaged in conversations with the online community at least twice a day, and also answer questions and handle the day-to-day maintenance of the online community. Administrators seek their personal support outside of the Free Rein Community.
Moderator Team Leader: (Azure)
The Moderator Team Leader is accountable for addressing any content that is not in alignment with the purposes of Free Rein. The MLT is distinguished as one whose commitment is to empower, build, and contribute to the Free Rein community. The MLT is engaged in conversations with the online community at least twice a day. Next, the MLT acts as a liaison between the moderator team and Administration, and is in regular communication with the Executive Director.
Moderator: (Azure, Dirrty, and Allusivekudos)
Moderators are accountable for addressing any content that is not in alignment with the purposes of Free Rein. Moderators are distinguished as one whose commitment is to empower, build, and contribute to the Free Rein community. In addition, they are one who is frequently active within Free Rein’s online conversations. Moderators are engaged in conversations with the online community at least twice a day, and are regularly in communication with the Moderator Team Leader and Administration.
Special Notes:
There will be a review meeting after a member of the leadership team demonstrates a pattern with breaking the above agreements to determine if the position is still appropriate.
Administrators and Program Directors will not have romantic or sexual relationships with any member of Free Rein, except in the following instances.
First, if a friendship or relationship existed prior to membership in Free Rein. And, in special circumstances, exceptions may be made by the Executive Director and Board of Directors.
Shift Leaders shall have been a member of Free Rein for at least a year. And, in special circumstances, exceptions may be made by the Executive Director and Board of Directors.
Administrators shall have been a member of Free Rein for at least 2 years. And, in special circumstances, exceptions may be made by the Executive Director and Board of Directors.
